Met up with David, Debbie, Erin and Sean for tailgating last night. So much fun. There is a lot more people tailgating now, so it's like a big party atmosphere.
The game did not start off well at all. Two back to back touchdowns. Ugh. But then... Drew Willy stepped up and up and UP!
While we didn't lead the game until the final minutes of the 4th quarter. But whatever.... we ended up winning the game! SCORE!
There is something about our little village in section 205. Everyone is laughing the whole time. We get updates on what's going on in everyone's life. In the 12 years that we have been sitting with these folks (previously in section S in the old stadium) we have seen marriages, babies, graduations and divorces. It's truly a valid sample of the entire population.
I think my favorite thing about the ladies in section 205 is that they are true football fans. They call the plays, they yell at the ref when he blows a call., they follow the players - who's in, who's out, who got traded.
It's a completely different scenario than the girls who are there with their boyfriend and just acting the part, these girls know football even better than some of the guys. To Raelene, Sue, Connie and Cindy... I salute you football madams! (The guys aren't shabby either... Jesse, Ryan, Trevor love you guys)
