
I tried to get back at it this past week, but it only lasted for a day or two.
So perhaps that is where I start. I am not going to get down on myself though. Here's why. Time is going to pass anyways right? So whether it takes me 6 months to lose this weight or 1 week it doesn't matter. The fact that the scale is moving in the right direction (albeit it at a painfully slow glacial pace) is a positive thing..
Small wins this week:
1. Signed up for a 5 K Color run with my friends
2. Ran 4x this week. I even fit in a 4 mile run last night BEFORE the budget meeting at the daycare.
3. Chose herbal tea over wine on a few occasions.
With that... looking to next week. Eyes on the prize.
