Down 1.8 lbs this week.

There is really something to be said for slow and steady progress. By going at this slower, the payoff isn't as instantaneous obviously, but I don't feel deprived at all. The good thing about that is I feel that I can maintain this in the long run.
Being accountable is a big thing too. I don't want to have a shitty week and have to post that I gained weight. Maybe at some point that will happen and if it does, I'll deal with it. However, it really is something I want to avoid and that is motivation enough to keep on trucking.
So 5.2lbs of my 30lbs summer weight loss goal. Good Start!!
And for being such a good girl.... a little eye candy... no calories in that.
