Pumpkin Love

In the spirit of AMJ, I have been looking for some new healthy recipies....

Made a pumpkin smoothie on the weekend.   Holy Shit!! Soooooooo Good!!

Pumpkin Smoothie:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 red apple
3/4 nonfat Green yogurt
1/2 cup Vanilla Soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Blend on high speed until fluffy.


Had lots of left over pumpkin, so when I was making the boys hamburgers for dinner, I added in two cups of the pumpkin puree to the mixture.

They didn't even notice the pumpkin and it made the burgers super juicy.
