My first ambulance ride

Erica and Jen came over last night. The girls are amazing and everyone has had so much going on lately we had tons to talk about.
So at 9:30 we headed out to the hot tub. Before we knew it, it was 12:30. We all got out and came in the house.

I started to feel a little dizzy. Next thing I know, I was on the ground with Erica and Jen asking me if I knew where I was. Apparently, I had been out cold for over a minute not breathing.

Finally came to, but was way to woozy to get off the floor. Finally got up and made it to the bedroom to get my swimsuit off.

Jen had called 911, so the paramedics arrived. They gave me some checks and felt that they should take me in. So the girls called my Mum cause Brad was out of town.

So an ambulance ride and I was at Victoria hospital. Was definitely not doing well. Massive nausea/vomiting. Mum and Dad showed up around the time I was going for Xrays because I banged up my shoulder pretty well when I fell.

Shoulder turned out OK, just badly bruised. I have a goose egg on the back of my head, so they were pretty sure I got a concussion.

Back home now: feeling better, just sore.

How the hell do I get myself into these things.

So thankful that Erica and Jen were there, it would have been a different situation entirely if I had been alone.

Big hugs to my guardian angel today!
